Bio-Techne realized that the current setup with Marketo (which included over ten workspace separated by separate brands) was not scalable and needed all brand to be merged into one workspace inside of Marketo.

Migration Services

In order for us to make sure that all brands were synced to one database, we first needed to migrate all brands over into the Biotechne workspace. Before, all other brands were separated in their own workspace along with their own assets, preference centers, scoring models and database files. This migration was not a small one and took some time but while working through each brand, we were able to optimize the instance and set it up for scalability.

Global Forms

While migrating all brands into one workspace, we developed global assets that could be used across all brands. This will cut down on the accumulation of static assets and thus, help with massive brand updates in the future.
